I love the pacing of this game, it doesn't have an overly long plot, it's perfectly paced and there are no wasted moments. Using simple animations and music, it creates an incredibly oppressive apocalyptic atmosphere that’s both terrifying and captivating. The “woman” character was shocking and unsettling, making every conversation feel like walking a tightrope.

kinda freaky, kinda scary. The whole time I was wondering "Why did this thing choose to talk to me of all people?" I made my choices based on what I think I would do in this situation and ended up with a true ending! (cant remember which one lol). The visuals and sound track really helps set the mood for this game, and I was pleasantly surprised to see everything animated!! I'm generally a big big fan of apocalypse/end-of-the-world stories, so this was really fun to read through.

Really cool game, I love the visuals and the music for this game. How you pace and play with visuals and words also really creates that eerie vibe within the game. Really awesome.

Cool game!! I got dead end d at first, I got to have a companion by the "woman" till the end, not bad i think? and I got the true end c second time playing it. the woman left, emmm i still prefer the first ending cause if the world is dying at least i got someone with me during that. I like the setting; the visuals; all the music are awsome, especially the sound track of the woman talking, wow!

I got ending B shut down: after arguing with the thing for a bit I just decided to give up. this game has a great atmosphere you can feel the overwhelming dread. I was honestly starting to get pissed off myself by the uncaringness of the white thing

The world building from landing to this page to the game is amazing. The GIFs,music and narration all lend to the atmosphere and feel like puzzle pieces fitting together.

I loved the simplicity of the game and the speed of it too. It didnt feel rushed and didnt compromise on storytelling also. All of this while being concise and evoking multiple replays.
I got Dead Ends A,B and C.

Overall, great job I loved how all of this came together.

(1 edit)

I initially got DEAD END C: No looking back. The visuals and sound work so well with the text to create a truly dreadful atmosphere. The voice honestly creeped me out and was a great addition this week. Make sure to let people know 1. they need to use the dark theme otherwise text will be unreadable and 2. the game may require an initial restart to load properly. Great work!

I put the disclaimer on the bottom of the page, but I can move it to the top!

I like what you have here! The atmosphere is very well established by the music, visuals, and voice acting (love the voice acting sm btw!!) I got most of the endings and FINALLY got one of the true ends. There's a lot to see in such a short game, and I can't think of much else I'd like to see done differently. Very well done!

This game (as well as the page) has a wonderful atmosphere.

The themes are concise and interesting, and I enjoy the characterization of Ella as a being that isn't evil but instead indifferent.

The music and drawings are also fantastic and add to the feeling of dread.

This game is really interesting. I got DEAD END D: Accepting the end. Because I think it is better to dead while there a somebody stay with you(I hate stay alone). I really love the music and sound of this game, it is sooo good! Also the drawing make you feel more engage.

I really like this game. I think the story is great. I got the death ending, which is quite thought-provoking. However, I’m not sure why the text on my screen appears strange. I think it might be an issue with my computer.
